Delete your Alderun account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from inside the game or by writing to us. Deleting is immediate and permanent.

You only have an account if you registered one. If you play offline, or online as a guest, there is no account and nothing to delete — your settings and progress are only on your device, and removing the game removes them.

In the game (fastest)

Open Alderun.
Tap Multiplayer from the main menu.
Tap Account.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm on the warning screen by tapping Delete Account again.

The account is removed at once. You can keep playing straight away as a guest, or register again with the same email address if you want to start over.

By email

If you cannot reach the Account screen — a lost device, or you have uninstalled the game — write to us from the email address the account uses, using the address on our contact page, asking us to delete your Alderun account. We reply within 30 days and normally much sooner. We ask you to write from that address because it is the only way we can tell it is your account.

What is deleted

Data	What happens
Your email address	Deleted.
Your account record, display name and sign-in identifiers	Deleted. This includes the Google account identifier if you used Continue with Google.
Anything you unlocked or bought	Our record of what you unlocked is deleted with the account. The purchase itself is recorded by Google Play rather than by us. Deleting an Alderun account is not a refund; refunds are handled by Google Play.

What is kept, and for how long

Data	Kept	Why
Gameplay statistics	Up to 90 days, then only totals remain	Records of which maps and heroes get played and how long sessions last. They carry a random identifier, never your name or email, and are used only as counts and averages. You can ask us to delete yours sooner — see our contact page.
Connection logs	Up to 14 days	Ordinary server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting, then deleted automatically.
Purchase records held by Google	Per Google’s own policy	Google Play keeps its own record of a purchase. We cannot delete that; see Google’s privacy policy.
An email address that bounced	Up to 3 months on a suppression list	So we stop sending mail to an address that is rejecting it.
